Giveaway Rules
"The Prize" is a generous 18 sq yards of Carpet which will cover most standard 3 or 4 bedroom home. If the winners stairs and landing is larger than 18 sq yards, they will be given a We Fit Carpet voucher to the value of €449 to put towards the cost of their stairs and landing or any other area of their home. Winner will receive their prize January 2022 due to availability .
Only persons over the age of 18 are eligible for entry to "The Giveaway."
Republic of Ireland entries only.
The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money's worth.
Each entrant shall be entitled to make one (1) entry into "The Giveaway" only. In the event that We Fit Carpet deems an entrant to have made multiple applications by acting in bad faith with respect to the Promotion, the entrant shall be excluded from "The Giveaway" and consequently ineligible to win the Promotional Prize, as defined on We Fit Carpet's Facebook page.
Your participation in We Fit Carpet's (“Giveaway ” or “Promotion”) shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein.
The following are the Terms and Conditions of The Giveaway
The Giveaway shall take place on the date specified on We Fit Carpet's Facebook Page.
Each participant must both "Like and Tag" the giveaway post hosted on We Fit Carpet’s page. If the participant fails to complete all steps their entry will not be valid.
You may be asked, at any stage, to provide We Fit Carpet with proof of age, address and identity.
We Fit Carpet shall notify the winner of the winning via Facebook within a maximum of 10 days.
The winner shall receive the Promotional Prize within a maximum 60 days of We Fit Carpet contacting the winner.
For any reason whatsoever, the Promotional Prize winner fails to respond, within 10 days, to the notification of his/her winning, such winning entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited his / her claim to the prize and We Fit Carpet shall not have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the winning entrant in any way.
We Fit Carpet's decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the Promotional Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant.
Your participation in The Giveaway is considered your agreement that We Fit Carpet may contact you.
By entering the Giveaway each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Giveaway and the awarding of the Prize.
We Fit Carpet reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and in its sole discretion. We Fit Carpet reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend The Giveaway if, in its sole judgment, The Giveaway is not capable of being conducted as specified.
